1. Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic and safety reasons, all sales of hair care products, including Seriti Hair Oil, are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any opened or unopened hair oil purchases.
2. Exceptions to the Return Policy
We understand that mistakes and damages can occur during shipping. The following exceptions apply:
a. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
We will provide a replacement at no additional cost once we verify the damage through photo evidence or return (if required).
b. Incorrect Orders or Shipping Errors
If you receive an item that differs from your original order, notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will arrange to ship the correct item(s) as quickly as possible.
