Thank you for choosing Braids of Paradise for your hair care needs. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both you and your stylist, please review the following appointment policies:

Hair & Product Requirements

• Client-Supplied Hair: Clients are responsible for bringing their own braiding hair unless prior arrangements have been made for us to supply it. If we are providing the hair, the cost will be added to your total booking price.
• Hair Condition: Please arrive with your natural hair blow-dried or stretched. If you need assistance, a blow-dry service can be booked in advance.
• Braiding Hair Preparation: All braiding hair must be dry, clean, and fully detangled upon arrival. If you plan to wash or custom-blend hair yourself, it must be prepped before the appointment.
• Hair Prep by Stylist: If you’d like Braids of Paradise to custom blend your braiding hair, please drop it off at least 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment.

Arrival & Timing

• Timeliness: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $20 late fee and risk rescheduling at the stylist’s discretion.
• Snacks: You are welcome to bring snacks to your appointment. Having them on hand helps avoid delays during your service.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Same-Day Cancellations: Any appointment canceled on the same day will result in a 50% charge of the booked service.
• No-Shows: Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in booking restrictions.

Hair Accessories

• Hair Accessories: Clients must bring their own hair accessories (beads, cuffs, string, etc.) if desired. We do not provide accessories.
