Wholesale Policy

Effective Date: June 2025

Braids of Paradise welcomes qualified retailers and salon professionals who wish to carry our premium hair-care line, including Seriti Hair Oil. To maintain the integrity of our brand and ensure a smooth purchasing experience, please review the following wholesale terms and conditions.


1. Eligibility & Inquiry

  • Qualified Accounts: Wholesale pricing is available to licensed cosmetologists, salons, beauty supply retailers, and other approved resellers.
  • How to Apply:
    • Email us at help@seritihaircare.com with your business name, resale certificate (if applicable), and contact information.
  • Response Time: Allow up to two (2) business days for an account specialist to review your request and respond with next steps.

 

2. Minimum Order Requirements

  • Opening Order: 25 bottles of Seriti Hair Oil per order.
  • Reorders: Same 25-unit minimum applies to subsequent purchases.
  • Serious Inquiries Only: We reserve the right to decline or discontinue wholesale privileges at our discretion.

 

3. Wholesale Agreement & Contract Terms

A signed Wholesale Agreement is required to activate your account. All wholesale partnerships must commit to a minimum contract term of:

  • Three (3) months, with options to extend up to twelve (12) months

The agreement will outline wholesale pricing, purchasing expectations, branding guidelines, and partnership terms. Failure to comply may result in termination of the agreement.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Wholesale Price List: Provided upon account approval. Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Payment Terms: All orders are prepaid in full prior to shipment. We accept major credit/debit cards and ACH transfers.
  • Taxes: Resellers must provide a valid resale certificate to waive sales tax; otherwise, applicable taxes will be added.

 

5. Lead Time & Shipping

  • Processing Time: Standard wholesale orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment clears. Higher-volume or custom-label requests may require additional lead time.
  • Shipping Method: Orders ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx at our discretion unless otherwise arranged.
  • Freight Charges: Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will be quoted on the final invoice.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon carrier pickup.

 

5. Returns & Claims

  • All Sales Final: Wholesale purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise: Claims must be submitted in writing within three (3) calendar days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence. Qualified claims will be replaced or credited at our discretion.

 

6. Marketing & Brand Guidelines

  • Brand Integrity: All marketing materials, product descriptions, and images must reflect Seriti, LLC branding and may not be altered without written consent.
  • Online Sales: Resale on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) is prohibited unless expressly authorized.

 

7. Policy Updates

Braids of Paradise reserves the right to modify this Wholesale Policy at any time. Updated policies will be distributed via email and posted on our website. Continued purchasing after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
